Congrats to the 2015 Girls 3/4 Team for Winning the LVYGLL Title and the U11 Boys team for finishing 2nd in the LVYLL.

Great Job Forks!!

Welcome to the Forks Lacrosse Website

Forks Lacrosse is a fast growing program. We are dedicated to the growth of the sport of lacrosse. We are a member of the Lehigh Valley Youth Lacrosse League. Forks lax players are represented in Varsity and JV programs in several high schools, they will be in Philadelphia as part of the LVYLL U15 all star team, and also take part in tournament play for the LV River Dogs, LV Steam and Skyhawks Lacrosse programs. Forks is continuing to strengthen its program while continuing to grow the sport by inviting participation in this year's LV Summer League at the u9, u11, u13 and u15 levels.

The Lehigh Valley Summer Lacrosse League is an opportunity to continue playing while improving and exercising skills learned during the regular season. It is a non-competitive, fun atmosphere and allows participants to meet players from across the Lehigh Valley. It also enables new players to try the sport.

Forks provides the following equipment during our season (March thru June 5th approx):

For Boys:
Helmets, Chest Protector, Elbow Pads, Gloves, Game Uniform and Practice Pinnie

For Girls:
Protective Goggles, Game Uniform and Practice Pinnie

Forks DOES NOT provide mouth pieces, cleats, cup (boys only) or a Lacrosse stick.

During the month of March practices are mainly on the weekend. We have to work around the weather. Weather is Lacrosses biggest hurdle. So to say we practice so many times a week at a certain time is difficult. Once the weather breaks and daylight savings time begins each team practices a minimum of 3x's a week.

What those days are I am not sure as it depends on the coaches availability. Practice are usually 6-7:30/8pm depending on weather and games are on the weekends, both Saturday and Sundays, once the season opens. Saturday home games start at 10am run through consecutively by age group. Sunday games start at noon.

Once registration closes and rosters are made you will receive an email from you head coach or team parent outlining the practice schedule.
